Discover a collaborative, body-centred, trauma-informed approach to therapy that meets you gently and supports meaningful, sustainable transformation.
From a body-centred, trauma-informed perspective, therapy focuses on identifying patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that feel uncomfortable in the present – and supporting meaningful change toward how you would like to think, feel and act moving foward.
Unlike traditional talking therapies, there’s no need to revisit or retell painful past experiences. Instead, we work together to gently slow down and release what’s held in your system, allowing change to happen in the present without reactivating past trauma.
